Littles 2nd Birthday Party!

- Crafting, Interior decorating, Lifestyle, Mamahood

Well the little ones birthday has come and gone in a blink of an eye and I now officially have a two year old. It is crazy to think that 2 years have gone by since I have given birth to my little princess. This weekend was full of many different emotions for me but seeing my little girl smile and have blast at her party just made my mommy heart complete.

I am not sure who was more excited for this party, me or my mom! Ever since I found this “Tea for Two” theme (side note, I cannot take any credit for this theme because I totally copied it off of Pinterest lol) but my mom just went crazy buying decorations and party planning. It was awesome because all I had to do was tell her what I was thinking and she would make it come to life.

So come friday the hubby, my sister and I were decorating and setting up for the party. Well I get a text from my dad saying that my mom was in the hospital and that they are not going to be able to make it to the party. My heart instantly broke because I knew how much effort my mom had put into this party and lets be real…what grandma wants to miss their grandchild’s  birthday party?

Needless to say, I was beyond disappointed but I knew that my mom would advice me to put a smile on and be happy for my daughters sake. Even though I was so upset that both my parents were not able to make it I wanted my daughter to have the best day and thankfully she did! Also my mom is okay and she will be leaving the hospital hopefully today!

All the details are linked below…and in case you are wondering we did have food! I wasn’t able to snag any photos of the yummy stuff we made because it was literally devoured within minutes. But if you follow me on Pinterest I have pinned all of the recipes I made for the party including the best French Dip Sliders.

Little’s Floral Tutu

Little’s Flats

Letter Balloons

Cake Stands are from Marshals & the tea pots are from local boutiques.

Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great day! 🙂

With Love,
